I'm glad I chose this place. My therapist, Ms. Shruthi, was amazing and patient with all of my issues. She not only helped me gain confidence, but she also taught me how to deal with problems. I liked how, instead of telling me the solution, she helped me understand what I needed and what would be the best solution.

She has helped me understand myself and my behaviors better. When I first arrived, I had no idea what issues were causing me to act in this way. She is the reason I have improved so much since then. Highly recommend

I am happy I was introduced to Ms Shruthi. She has patiently listened to my issues and my problems. She has amicably and professionally explained what I can do to overcome such negative thoughts and stress. The exercises we do during the therapy sessions and during the course of the week have helped me tremendously. With the progress of each weekly session, I feel much at ease, more confident, and more mindful of my thoughts, reactions and decisions. I am happy I took this step and I am glad Ms Shruthi has helped me through my road of recovery.

I am taking counseling under Sruthi Ramesh. She provided person centered therapy, and gave me the autonomy to realize what I want and choose better options for myself. She is non- judgemental and empathetic towards my point of view, at the same time being objective and showing a different way of looking at things. It helped me to gain more self awareness and I'm able to use the strategies to navigate through daily life.

Dr. Shruthi has been really empathetic and a very patient listener. Her guidance helped me carve my way through stress and anxiety and today I feel so happy about myself, knowing and implementing ways of stress management and self-care.
